Ⅵ.결론
본 연구는 섬유조직염환자의 증후와 신체활동 장애에 영향을 미치는 요인 중심으로 가족
지지, 지식, 자기효능감 간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 1997년 2월부터 7월까지 서울시내 H
대학 류마티스병원 외래환자 125명을 연구대상으로 자료수집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 일반적
특성과 제변수간의 상관관계는 SPSS Window를 이용하여 백분율과 Pearson Correlation으
로 분석하였고 변수들 간의 경로분석은 LISREL 7.16을 이용한 경로계수로 분석하였다. 그
결과는 다음과 같았다.
1.대상자의 일반적 특성
대상자의 2/3정도가 40세 이상이고 전수가 여성이며, 고졸이 가장 많았다(38.4%). 기독교
신자가 과반수 이상(54.4%)이었고, 대다수가 약물을 복용하고 있었다.
2. 가족지지, 지식, 자기효능감, 증후, 신체활동 장애 간의 상관관계
가족지지는 자기효능감과 순 상관관계(r=.217)를 증후와는 역 상관관계(r= .215)가 나타났
으며, 지식은 자기효능감과는 순 상관관계 (r=.306)를 나타냈다. 또한 자기효능감은 증후와
역 상관관계 (r= .360)를 신체활동장애와도 역 상관관계(r= .480)를 나타냈으며, 증후와
신체활동장애는 순 상관관계 (r=.465)를 나타냈다. 따라서 모든 가설은 지지되었다.
3. 연구변수간의 경로분석
가족지지는 증후에 증후는 신체활동장애 (β32=.371)에 영향을 미쳤으며, 지
식은 자기 효감(r=.280)과 신체활동장애 (r= 047)에 영향을 미쳤다. 자기효능감은 증상(β
21= .390)과 신체활동장애(β31= .366)에 영향을 미쳐 자기효
능감은 증상과 신체활동장애에 영향을 주는 주요 요인으로 나타났다. 한편 이 모형의 부합
도 지수는 X2=1.21, df=2(p=.546) GFE= .996, AGFI=.971, RMSR=.023였다.
4. 증상변수 간 상관관계
압통점의 수, 통증, 경직, 기능장애, 수면장애, 우울, 피로감, 불안간의 관계를 분석한 결통
증과 우울 그리고 불안간의 관계만 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 그 외의 모든 증상변수 간
의 관계는 모두 순 상관관계를 나타내어 증상간에 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 알 수 었다.
이상의 결과를 통하여 섬유조직염환자의 증상 간에는 서로 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있으
며, 이들 증상들은 개인적인 차별성보다는 공통적으로 나타나는 증상이라고 볼 수 있었다.
또한 이러한 증상은 신체활동장애에 영향을 주고 증상과 신체활동장애는 자기효능감이 영향
을 주며, 자기효능감에는 지식이 영향을 주므로 지식정도를 높이기 위하여 교육실시, 자기효
능감을 높이기 위한 전략 그리고 가족지지를 높이기 위한 가족상담이 섬유조직염환자의 증
상완화와 신체활동장애를 향상시키기 위한 간호중재가 될 수 있다고 본다.
This study was conducted to identify the relations between the factors influencing
syndrome and physical disability of fibromyalgia patients. The subjects of this study
were 125 outpatients selected at H. Rheumatism clinic from February to July in 1997.
The Collected data were analyzed by Frequency, Pearson correlation using SPSS
Windows and Path analysis using LISREL 7.16.
The results were as follows.
1. General characteristics of subjects
About 2/3 of subjects were over 40years of age and most of them were graduated
from high school. The Christian were over a half (54.0%)of subjects.
2. Correlation between Family support, knowledge, Self-efficacy, Syndrome and physical
disability. As knowledge was positively related to self-efficacy(r=.306), the family
support was positively related to self-efficacy (r=.217), and family support was
negatively to syndrome. Self-efficacy showed negative relation with syndrome and
Physical disability. Syndrome as physical disability represent positive relation. Therefore
all hypotheses were supported.
3. Causal relations between research variables.
Family support influenced on syndrome, as syndrome on physical activity, as well as
knowledge on self-efficacy & physical disability. The model also showed a good fit to
the data[X2=1.21 df=1 (p=.546), AGFI =.996, AGFI =.971, RMSR=.023].
4. Correlation between symptoms of Fibromyalyia.
Having analyzed the relations between tender point, pain, stiffness, functional
disturbance, sleep disturbance, depression, fatigue, anxiety, the results were as follows :
All relations show statistically positive correlation, which means close relationship
between symptoms, except between paln and depression, pain and anxiety. As a result,
symptoms of Fibromyalgia had close relation.
Therefore, these were common, rather than individual symptoms. This syndrome
influenced on physical disability, and self-efficacy on the both, as knowledge on
self-efficacy.
In conclusion, to improve syndrome relief and physical disability of fibromyalgia,
nursing Interventions such as education, self-efficacy Increasing stratagy, and (family
counseling are needed.
